The facility is clean and everything is good. The only awkward part was that when changing clothes, I had to go in and change together with the other patients, which felt a bit embarrassing. The ultrasound machine also seems modern and nice. The consultant manager was professional, and at first they explained things like, 'There is no fat here, and here it is like this~~' and the doctor said the same thing. Through the ultrasound I also learned my amount of fat and muscle. More than anything, I had thought all of my cursed calves were fat, but to hear that they were all muscle... I do running and strength training, but because I am tall they told me not to do strength training or running, which was a little surprising. They said if I want slender legs, I should not do them, and I can understand that... Also, I usually thought thigh liposuction was done as one package, but the knees were added separately. That part felt a bit odd. Anyway, the consultation was good, and the consultant manager was kind and did not pressure me about the deposit.
