It was my third surgery, and it has been 2 years now, haha. There haven’t been any side effects. But I’m a bit disappointed with the columella and the height. I’m currently looking into revision surgery to make it more dramatic. They did fix the moving silicone, but it has very slightly deviated to one side. I’m the only one who notices it, and it’s subtle, so please keep that in mind.
