I was surprised that the doctor who consulted me was different from the doctor I saw on the surgery day.. But at least I had one more consultation right before surgery, so that was a relief. After the surgery, I did not get any sense at all that they were kind or careful, and while the manager was kind, the staff were just so-so^_^ In the end, I am not completely satisfied with the surgery, but I am somewhat satisfied, so I will have to keep watching how it goes!
