Had revision surgery 10 years ago I chose it because I was tempted by the statement that they don’t put anything in the nasal tip, but the shape is really… they made the columella hang down, so my face looks longer, and anyway the whole impression of my face changed and I don’t like it. It does seem safe, but I feel like they don’t have an aesthetic sense, and it feels like they just make everyone’s nose look similar. And somehow it seems like there’s a lot of exaggeration, like they say they’re the best and the top at everything. Looking at the website too, it says they’ve done 30,000 surgeries over about 20 years or whatever, but is 30,000 physically possible? lol
