I liked the shape of my nose, but I had a complex about its overall size being large, so I first went in for a consultation because I wanted alar reduction and nasal tip surgery.
The consultation manager said that, in addition to the surgeries I had in mind, I would probably need my hump corrected too;; so I thought, I see. But then the doctor in charge came in, took a look, and coolly said that I probably didn't need alar reduction or hump correction, which I liked.
I scheduled the surgery date right away that day, and I'm currently on day 9 after surgery. I had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage + ear cartilage.
If the nose is done too excessively, it looks too obviously operated on, so I asked them to make it look natural. (There is still a lot of swelling, though.) I really like the shapeㅠㅠ I especially like the side profile so much that I keep looking in the mirror.
Maybe because I had it done together with facial contouring, but I didn't even feel that the nose was difficult, and I have no pain at all~ There is swelling now, so the nasal tip is a bit plump, but I like that my nose feels slimmer with just nasal tip surgery, without doing the alar reduction I originally planned.
