I visited because they said they specialize only in nose surgery. I have a bulbous nose with both the nasal tip and alar base looking blunt, but I was scared of open rhinoplasty, so even if the change was only noticeable to me, I wanted to do a slight alar reduction. I made a consultation appointment and visited, but they said doing only alar reduction is highly not recommended and that they personally could not operate that way. They said my cartilage was spread very far apart, so it would be better to do only diamond nasal tip correction. They explained the reason in detail, showed before-and-after photos of other patients, and kept trying to persuade me, but my fear of open rhinoplasty was too strong, so I went home for now. During the consultation, I felt their professionalism.
