At first, I went in only thinking about forehead fat grafting, but they recommended full-face fat grafting. The consultant and the director were very good at consultations, and the director’s consultation alone went well over 20 minutes. They were very meticulous in pointing out asymmetry and recommending additional procedures. They kept touching and pinching my face, carefully considering the engraftment rate and where and how much to inject. Because I have a peanut-shaped face, they recommended chin liposuction. It was a procedure I had never thought about, so I was very flustered, but they explained the reason well and recommended it because they said I seemed like the type who would see good results, so it did not feel like excessive sales pressure. However, the cost was a bit burdensome, and since I had only been thinking about forehead fat grafting, changing it to full-face fat grafting plus chin/double-chin liposuction made the scale of the surgery feel bigger, which felt burdensome. Rather than being carelessly swayed by what others say, I plan to look up more side-effect cases and surgical methods before deciding. I am not the type with a lot of facial fat, but because my chin makes my face look more like a peanut-shaped face, I have already spent close to 1 million won on lifting procedures and fat-dissolving injections to improve it. Even so, there has been no dramatic effect, so I do wonder whether liposuction really is the best option.
