These days, there is usually a lot of talk about overtreatment, shadow doctors, and recommendations for plastic surgery. You can think of this hospital as the complete opposite. When I went for my first consultation, I remember going into the director's office and sitting in the chair, and he just stared at me intensely in a frightening way without saying anything, which left me dumbfounded. What I felt after the consultation was that he does not bring up anything at all until I ask about something. Literally, it is silence. He kept speaking in an irritated tone, so throughout the consultation, it felt like I had been dragged to the principal's office and was being scolded. The director is very conservative, so when I mentioned the areas I wanted, he usually spoke as if saying, why would you do that, there is no need, it will only make things worse. It was so severe that the manager, who also seemed to be a nurse, said that some people go home crying after consulting here, and that I should ask as many questions as possible to her, the manager. This kind of honesty can be good, but I later had a surgery that he spoke negatively about at another hospital and it was successful, so I cannot say everything he said was correct. Maybe it is because the director is somewhat older.. Anyway, if I were to say one thing, most patients are ordinary people and know nothing, so when they come for a consultation, he should look at their face and give his opinion as a specialist. Sitting there silently staring until the patient asks directly is something he needs to fix. He did say at the follow-up consultation that there was no problem with the under-eye fat grafting I received here, but there is a bluish line across the grafted area.
