It's not been long since my surgery, so I can't really say much about the design. I visited 8 hospitals for consultations, and I regret choosing this one. It feels a little like I got scammed. The reason is that during the consultation, the manager said the doctor would handle aftercare three times, but after surgery when I went to have the packing removed, it looked like a nurse-like staff member was going to do it. On the day of surgery, because of the anesthesia, I don't even know if the doctor came to explain things, so I wanted to ask what materials were used when the packing was removed, but since the nurse was about to remove it, honestly I was so shocked and annoyed. When I protested, they finally brought the doctor and had the packing removed. The doctor themselves isn't kind either, and when I was getting the packing removed, I felt like, why are you calling me in for something like this? I still have to go two more times, and I don't want to go. Also, I wanted to get a detailed explanation on the day of the nose surgery, but the consultation ended after just 3 minutes. If people around me ever ask where I had it done because I look prettier after the splint comes off, I will absolutely not recommend this place. The surgery itself isn't the problem, it's the basics.
