Unlike the large hospitals I visited around, all the managers and staff were so, so kind, and more than anything, I liked that I could get my consultation at my scheduled time with no waiting. They held my nose tip with a cotton swab and told me this is about how it would look after surgery, and there was no push for extra procedures at all. They also didn't pressure me to book that day like some hospitals that say, "Please go around to other clinics first and contact us later." They took a CT scan and explained everything while looking at it, and they gave a good overall sense of the result, so the consultation was great. It was so good that I went back for a second consultation when choosing my final clinic.
