A broad, big nose The tip of the nose feels a bit droopy They gave the consultation after taking a CT scan, which made me trust them. I was wondering whether to put in silicone or not, but the director said it would probably look nice even if I only did the tip without an implant, so I put down the deposit and decided on surgery. For now, the director seemed confident about broad noses, which made me trust them. I think the overall nose line will be made naturally. I am so nervous
