The director only told me what was possible, and he seemed like a meticulous type. He seemed to trust no one but himself when it came to surgery. He looked confident. The director felt more trustworthy than the manager. There are also paid doctors, but they said only the head director performs nose surgery, and he seems to be very meticulous.
