Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Mate Review

When going to consultations, there are many cases where the doctor makes you feel rushed so you end up not being able to ask all the questions you want before it’s over, but here the doctor didn’t try to rush through it, and they created an atmosphere where I could ask everything I wanted, so that alone already made me really happy. The wait was over 30 minutes, but the consultation was thorough, so it was fine. They didn’t just say everything could be done or bring up other surgeries I didn’t want, and even before I asked, they explained the risks in advance in enough detail (scarring, epicanthic fold, possibility of reopening, etc.), which I really liked. In a way, you could say it doesn’t give you certainty, but because they let you think enough about the surgery, compared with the doctor from my previous surgery who ruined my inner corner canthoplasty without explaining the risks, I liked it even more. I’ve been to five consultations for inner corner canthoplasty revision so far, and this one feels the most trustworthy.
