The consultation coordinator was kind, and the doctor said that if a place would not improve even after epicanthoplasty revision, I should not do it in the first place. He said the surgery would have an effect, but only about 60% improvement. He said to do upper canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery 6 months after the epicanthoplasty revision. They did not push surgery too much and did not exaggerate the post-op results, so I gained trust.
