Low, small, short nose. I had silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and septal extension surgery. Now it’s my 3rd year... I don’t know if my body is sensitive, but I developed contracture, and as my nose turned up it made it look even shorter in real life... I also have a foreign-body sensation in my nose, occasional inflammation, and it’s stressful, so I’m looking into complete removal surgery. I never thought I’d miss my ugly natural nose
