As soon as I arrived, during the director consultation they told me to take off my mask and look at my overall impression, then criticized other parts and said my face looked better with a mask on. I felt offended, and I was told, 'How do you even live with those eyes?' I was so offended after the consultation. (In other clinics, they actually said it was something I could cover with makeup, so surgery would not be dramatic, and that it would be fine to just live with it; I have never had my face criticized anywhere else.) The consultation with the staff director also did not feel professional at all, and overall it felt like I was being judged on my face, which irritated me.
