I had a consultation in January 2019, and I want to mention that there may be differences in estimated cost compared with that time.
When I said I was curious about the difference between natural adhesion and the buried suture method, the doctor said they are basically the same and only differ in how they are promoted. He said that at this clinic, surgery is done with a double buried suture method so the buried sutures do not come undone, and that part somehow gave me trust. At the time, I think they said sedation anesthesia was not available and only local anesthesia was possible. When I asked whether they also give swelling injections after surgery, he said they do give swelling injections if the swelling is severe, but he does not recommend them. I think he said something like the swelling injection contains a steroid component. Also, he said he would do it in a way that suits my facial impression/image, so I strongly felt like I was receiving one-on-one care, which I liked. It made me think this is why so many people recommend private clinics. For stitches, they said if the knotted suture area is large, stitches are removed on day 2 to 3; if the sutured area is not very large, washing the face can start from day 3 and a progress check would be done on day 7. Aftercare/revision support was guaranteed for 6 months to 1 year. It was one of the two places I liked the most, and I think it was a clinic I was considering until the very end.
