The director seems to have a cool personality and gives good consultations. I liked that he was full of confidence, and he said that for the younger sibling who went with me, the nose had a lot of tissue and was a thick, bulbous nose so it could be difficult, but he would do his best. He seems pretty honest. I liked that he gave a sense of certainty. The hospital facilities were also decent, and the front desk staff were so-so.
