I had it done with an incision 5 years ago, and I think the line was set prettily? naturally, but even if it loosened, I ended up regretting that I should have done it with the buried-suture method Maybe because the incision was made deeply, I have sausage-like eyes! I think for incisional eye surgery, you really need to go somewhere that does it well.. I asked them to make the line thin, but these days the sausage-like eyes bother me so much
