From other reviews, it seems the doctor wasn't particularly kind to begin with lol. It was similar when I went too. I went thinking about double eyelid surgery + canthoplasty (mainly epicanthoplasty, but also considering outer/lower canthoplasty), but since they seem to be pushing lower/outer canthoplasty really hard these days, they were strongly recommending that over epicanthoplasty. In most other clinics, the recommendation was that my current angle is already good, so I didn't really need lower/outer canthoplasty. I think it's just that lower/outer canthoplasty is the doctor's specialty and that's what they're promoting lol. If you definitely want lower/outer canthoplasty, it might be worth going; the review photos really do look natural, not overdone, and pretty!
