I had nose surgery about 3 months ago. It was my first surgery, and I was told the support structure would be weak, so they recommended autologous costal cartilage. But I thought it would hurt and wanted a natural look, so I asked them to use as much ear cartilage as possible, until I was lying on the operating table... They removed costal cartilage and used AlloDerm on the nasal bridge, so now it is bent, and the nostrils are uneven. I never even mentioned wanting a straight bridge, but they made it straight with a slant on their own. But it ended up almost like a semi-upturned nose? The nasal columella looks cut. I want to die. The doctor said he would improve it again, but I am so scared of lying down for surgery again. I am really angry.
