By my standards, the doctor was way too laid-back. Because my nose is extremely small, there was too much of a limitation, so he said we should go with a method of just lowering the tip a little so it looks less upturned. He recommended autologous costal cartilage and told me to give up on big expectations. He said he would just make it look neat. He did not seem particularly enthusiastic about the consultation. I think the price was in the mid-4 million won range.
