First of all, it's been about 2 years now. Hmm.... From the front, my nose looked spread out, so it didn't photograph well at all, and after going to several places for consultations about alar reduction and bulbous nose correction (my nose wasn't that bulbous), this director reflected my opinions the most, so I decided on this place. In particular, I was so grateful during the consultation because he agreed with my opinions and explained the pros and cons of the surgical methods sufficiently. However,,,, I wanted to improve only the minor flaws as naturally as possible, but the tip of my nose ended up higher than I expected, so I'm considering revision surgery. He said he wouldn't raise the bridge much because my nose was originally large, but it's too raised now... I dislike silicone, so I only had the tip and alar reduction done without the bridge, and maybe that made it stand out more... (My bridge was originally on the low side and the tip was on the high side anyway... maybe it was raised to improve the bulbous nose...
