Both the manager and the doctor took a long time with me. I also liked that they fully understood my needs, and especially here, although aesthetics matter, they seem to prioritize facial harmony and patient safety, so I trusted them a lot. Rather than over-recommending things, they pointed out only what was truly needed, and they explained the surgical methods in detail, which increased my understanding of what surgery I would be getting. I felt reassured by the doctor's confidence, so I left a deposit and reserved it for now
