The director was neither particularly kind nor particularly unfriendly, but compared to other clinics, it felt like they were explaining things rather casually. The manager was kind. I really liked the line the director aims for, so I made a reservation on the spot, but I canceled because I felt burdened by the use of rib cartilage ㅠㅠ
