I went to get a consultation for revision nose surgery. First of all, there was no consultation fee, and Director Kim Dong-seok gave a very, very kind and detailed consultation. I said I had had this and that surgery done at my previous hospital, and he empathized, saying, why did they make it like that? Then he got a call during the consultation, said, 'I'm in a consultation,' and cut it off cleanly, then kindly kept explaining again, and he even pointed out tiny details like the shape of the nostrils. He was truly a director who carried out his passion and duty toward consultation. All the managers were also quite kind, so I assumed there would naturally be a consultation fee of around 10,000 won, but there wasn’t one.
