I had a consultation a few days ago, and they were incredibly kind. Even though I asked a lot of questions I didn’t know the answers to, they explained each one professionally, and they spoke honestly about the side effects as well. The only thing was that the manager kept standing right next to me, which felt a little 부담, but other than that it was positive.
