I had a nose consultation. They said the surgery would use only autologous costal cartilage, and they didn’t recommend ear cartilage or anything else at all (this was the only clinic that recommended costal cartilage for a first surgery). I talked much longer with the manager than with the director, and the manager felt like they were coordinating my nose condition and surgical method. The director only said roughly what surgery would be done, so I didn’t really get a professional impression. I also felt like they were mindful of the doctor’s fatigue since each doctor limits themselves to seeing only 2 surgeries a day, but at the same time it seemed like that made the cost that much higher (it was the highest price among the clinics I consulted).
