I had my first surgery with autologous costal cartilage. For about a year after the surgery I was fairly satisfied, but now, in my third year after surgery, I'm thinking about a revision because the tip of my nose has dropped For a first surgery, it was expensive, but it didn't have much front-view effect... Still, the manager and the doctor were all kind, and the aftercare was good. I think I know the hospital is closed now
