The problem is that it looks so natural, as if I never had surgery; ㅠㅋㅋㅋ It was hard to trim my nose hair before surgery ㅠㅠ If you're going to do medial, I recommend lateral instead.. At first it looks narrowed, but it gradually widens, so it wasn't even noticeable ㅜㅜ I did medial because I was scared of scars, but in the end I got lateral done somewhere else
