The consultation felt short, but even though it was short, it had impact.. I didn’t get a CT scan; they took photos and proceeded. As soon as the director came in, they quickly sketched my nose and explained what my current nose was like. Then they asked what I was dissatisfied with and explained what could be done surgically.. For now, I personally don’t want to shave down the hump and want a custom implant, but since that is not a surgery this hospital does, they said it would need to be shaved a little. Still, when I said I didn’t want to do that, they did discuss an approach without shaving it. It feels like their aesthetic preference matches mine.
