Maybe because the director explains the same things every day, the explanation was extremely fast, so I was a bit flustered. Still, when I asked about things I was curious about, such as the surgical method and aftercare, they explained in detail. Even when I asked again about the consultation details, both the director and the consultant kindly explained everything in detail, which was nice. They did recommend an additional surgery, but it wasn't forced.
