The manager was very kind, listened carefully to my concerns, and tried to listen to my requests well. She was kind without making things feel burdensome. The director seemed to have a bit of personal concern on his mind throughout the consultation, but he addressed everything in the consultation well. And I think I spent more time talking with the manager, The surgery reviews are really good, and if you want something glamorous it seems like a good place, but the price is a bit on the high side
