I had philtrum reduction last year. They said there was no need to do the mouth corners, so I didn't. Because my philtrum was so long, I had the surgery at a reasonable level. I think it turned out natural. Unfortunately, there is still some scarring, so I think I'll need to keep managing it. It's been about 10 months, and people around me say my overall impression looks younger.
