They seemed willing to proceed within what I wanted and within my desired range, and neither of them seemed like they would push things too far.
The consultation with the manager lasted well over an hour, and she kindly and honestly answered all of my questions, which helped a lot in clearing up my concerns. The manager consultation was a big help in deciding on surgery.
