It’s a re-revision surgery, but it was the most expensive among the places I consulted. Silicone replacement, donated rib cartilage for the nasal tip, dermal graft to the nasal tip, correction for a depressed nasal tip Short nose lengthening, crooked columella correction, columella lengthening, etc. There are so many things to do that every item adds extra cost and it feels like the surgery itself keeps getting bigger. The manager and the doctor were both just average, but there was a pretty big discount if you made a same-day reservation, which actually made me feel even more put off.
