I had a phone consultation, and the person doing the consultation was extremely rude.. They cut me off before I even finished my questions, and because they answered without really understanding what I was asking, my questions weren't resolved at all;; I don't know about the doctor, but the person handling phone consultations seemed to lack a lot of professionalism and customer service.. The ad listed 2.75 million won, and they said anesthesia was an extra 500,000 won.
