I heard they were famous for the philtrum and nose, so I proceeded with mild protruding mouth correction + revision rhinoplasty.
Costal cartilage was used, and you can choose donated costal cartilage/autologous costal cartilage (the price differs depending on the harvesting method).
But they raise the nose to the maximum height regardless of face shape or image. If you like a glamorous nose or a high nose suits your face well, I don't know, but if you like a natural look or have a face that doesn't suit a high nose well, it gives a very nose-heavy look, so I do not recommend it.
