It has been quite a while since I went. The consultation manager did look like an influencer, but she didn't seem to have expertise. During the initial consultation, it felt like communication wasn't working, and only at the second consultation did it feel like she properly understood and answered. The interior was clean. The director was kind and did speak well too. I asked about endoscopic zygoma reduction surgery, but they said they don't really do that, so I was a bit flustered.
