The director was very kind. At first, I didn’t like the line, so I clung to the director and whined a lot, but he accepted it without acting annoyed. Now that the swelling is going down, I’m gradually liking the line to some extent. I think I’ll only know after it goes down more. There was almost no swelling, and as soon as I woke up from surgery, I could fully feel all sensation. They did it well without touching the nerves. No secondary angle.
However, the staff were unfriendly. After surgery, I finished the IV and wanted to go to the bathroom, but no one was there, so while half-asleep I called the clinic desk and made a huge fuss, but no one answered. Even though my throat hurt after surgery, I just shouted loudly, but still no one was there. In the end, after waiting more than 10 minutes, someone came and removed the IV.. But if I said I was in pain, they did give painkillers well and checked on me well.
The person who removed the stitches did it very well with almost no pain. Other than the staff being a bit disappointing, I’m satisfied.
