Among the clinics I visited for revision rhinoplasty, this one had the highest quoted cost. Other review posts also said the price range was a bit high, so I went in prepared, but honestly, I think there’s no way around it feeling burdensome. It wasn’t a difficult case like an inflamed nose or a hump nose, and I just wanted the nasal tip to be a bit higher and slimmer, but it was higher than my expected budget, so I passed. If using donated costal cartilage, it’s about 1 million KRW cheaper. Since it’s revision surgery, I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, but after thinking about this and that, I didn’t feel convinced that I absolutely had to do it here, so I passed.
