I actually liked that they weren’t overly kind. There were a lot of reviews saying they were cold, but personally I didn’t really feel that at all. They gave me a calm, detailed consultation, which made me trust them more? The manager just listened to what kind of surgery I wanted and wrote it down, and that was it. Then they passed me straight to the director, who listened to my opinion on what kind of surgery I wanted, heard the director’s opinion on that, and explained the surgical method and why it would be done that way, one by one.
