Personally, it felt more like a dermatology clinic than a plastic surgery clinic. There were lots of ads for fillers and Botox on the waiting sofa, so my trust in it dropped a bit... In the end I had my plastic surgery somewhere else, but this was the only place that said they could do it with buried sutures. But maybe it was because they didn't really have the skill for an incisional procedure, I guess.
