I had the surgery with an incision. The ptosis correction caused severe asymmetry and overcorrection, but even though I said that on the evening of the surgery day, they said it wasn't and told me to wait a month, so I waited. On the hardened eye, they used buried sutures on the middle part of the one eye that wouldn't open (a triangular shape), under local anesthesia. It was pain like my skin was being torn apart. The thread tied inside kept feeling rough and hurting. My eyeball became bright red with congestion. Later, when I went to an eye clinic, they said the injury to my eyeball was serious. Because the ptosis correction point was different, I ended up with asymmetry, and the overcorrected eye kept pressing on the eyeball, causing ongoing discomfort. The eye that had only the middle portion adjusted with buried sutures also feels heavy and doesn't open comfortably. It feels cold and stinging.
After the eye problems started, they blamed the patient and verbally attacked me. A place I don't even want to remember.
I got re-correction at another hospital, but the eye that had been fixed with buried sutures on the right developed abnormal symptoms.
Even now, the scar tissue on that eye has not healed, and the line is uneven and doesn't settle. The overcorrected eye hasn't changed much either.
The deep scar in the front of my eye from that time still hasn't been resolved. I don't understand why the scar at the back feels like it was pressed down.
During surgery, another doctor came in without consent and filmed it. Even though it was an incision procedure, they injected above the eyebrow and did fat grafting. That area is itchy and feels hard like a straw, and it hasn't gone away. The eye was pulled up due to overcorrection, and even the fat grafting failed.
I felt like I had become a practice model and felt humiliated.
I don't remember the exact surgery cost, so I'm writing it approximately.
