Conclusion: A cynical director who creates good shapes and has a good aesthetic sense
I did it here because the consultation was really detailed and long. But when I asked various questions, they slightly jabbed at me with things like, ‘In my view, you already seem to have made up your mind and are asking anyway,’ and ‘There really aren’t many clients who ask this much.’ Still, despite that, they answered everything, so they were cynical but trustworthy. They said I seemed to open my eyes using eyebrow strength, and recommended ptosis correction, medial epicanthoplasty, upper epicanthoplasty, and natural adhesion double eyelid surgery.
At the time of surgery, this was the only director who recommended ptosis correction, so I wondered if it was an excessive recommendation, but now, 1 year later, I regret not getting ptosis correction back then. The director’s aesthetic sense feels delicate, and since it’s a one-director clinic, I think they perform the surgery with more attention than a large hospital. I had upper epicanthoplasty, medial epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty with lower canthoplasty, and revision double eyelid surgery, basically opening in all directions, and my eye openings definitely got larger. After surgery, I heard a lot that my eyes were pretty and big. The medial epicanthoplasty was also done incredibly well, perfectly and not excessively.
What’s disappointing is that right after 1 year passed, it came undone, and now at 2 years, the double eyelids have also dropped and all the canthoplasty areas have reattached, so the eye openings have gotten smaller again. It was my third revision surgery, it cost quite a lot, and I asked them so I wouldn’t have to get another revision, so it’s disappointing that it came undone so quickly.
Still, I like the shape the director designed and the delicate aesthetic sense, so if I do it next time, I’m thinking of getting revision surgery by incision from this director. The catch is that it turned out asymmetrical (but aesthetically it’s not that bad), it came undone quickly, and the price range is high. The director’s extreme cynicism is neutralized by the very kind consultant.
