My upper eyelids are on the thicker side and my eyes looked very heavy, so I had surgery once, but maybe because the fixation was weak, it started to come undone, so I had revision surgery here. They said that even with a partial incision, it could be maintained with enough fixation strength, and since my upper eyelids are thick, if I removed fat and did an upper canthoplasty together, my eyes could become much clearer and more open-looking. I trusted them and had the surgery, and just as they said, it improved well. Since they designed it while considering not only my eye shape but also my overall facial proportions, I think it suits my image well.
