The consultation manager is really terrible. I went only for a consultation, not to have surgery, but she was trembling and acting like a thug, saying how could I have surgery without a deposit and muttering to herself for a long time about why I came for a consultation at allㅎㅎ Her character seems really lacking. Please manage your staff better^^
