For alar reduction, I heard they incise the nasal ala and tie it with sutures. Would tying it with sutures and the scarring be okay? I do think scarring differs from person to person, but I heard that once you cut for alar reduction, it’s hard to do anything about it again, so I’m worried~~ Has anyone had it done?
