I went for a consultation last week, and they asked in detail about the line and size I wanted. As I explained, they said the line would be a straight-but-slightly-flat line, with the tip using only autologous cartilage, plus nostril reduction, and they set the bridge at about 4 mm of silicone, which they recommended there. The doctor also said the surgery could probably go ahead without major issues, so I feel reassured. I still have about three more hospitals I want to consult, so I’ll decide after going.
