I do not remember which doctor it was, but it was not the chief director. The clinic itself was very large, and I had to wait a long time, but the consultation was short, which felt disappointing. They only mentioned the necessary surgery and then left right away... The cost was on the expensive side, and I had high expectations, so I was disappointed too.
